Reducing Waste With Worms!

The aim of our project is to reduce food wastage through use of multiple worm farms which will produce fertiliser for our gardens. The children will be involved in collecting food scraps from the kitchen daily and feeding the worms, and watering our gardens on a regular basis with worm juice. The expected (environmental and educational) outcomes of the project include reduction in food wastage and effective fertilisation of our gardens. Children learning about waste reduction and sustainable practices.
