Nourish Nook

The aim of our project is to re-establish our vegetable garden so all students have the opportunity to grow vegetables from seeds. The children will be involved in choosing the vegetables to grow, preparing the bed, planting and growing the seeds, harvesting and tasting their produce. The expected (environmental and educational) outcomes of the project include our students are gaining hands-on experience as they explore the plant life cycle and understand the origins of food.
