The Bush Tucker Garden

The aim of our project is to provide students, community, and visitors opportunities to explore bush foods and experience hands on learning about their origins. The children will be involved in investigating the differences in Indigenous foods, the history of our First Nations People and planting and maintaining the garden. The expected (environmental and educational) outcomes of the project include developing knowledge and understanding in the different types of Indigenous foods and the benefits it has on our environment.
