The aim of our project is to incorporate flowers into our food gardens to create a beneficial garden using companion planting. The children will be involved in propagation and pollinator workshops, planting seeds and seedlings, and maintaining and harvesting food. The expected (environmental and educational) outcomes of the project include understanding the role of garden pollinators and predators through hands on learning.
