The aim of our project is to implement the 100 Hive in 100 Schools program in our school including a Native Beehive, garden and interactional resources. The children will be involved in site selection, installation of hive, planting habitat, ongoing engagement through online resources, education experiences, data collection and project activity emails. The expected (environmental and educational) outcomes of the project include Education on bee life cycles, behaviours and traits and how pollinators contribute to sustainability, food production, native habitats and biodiversity.
