The aim of our project is to create an indigenous plant use garden so all students can learn about traditional uses for local native plants. The children will be involved in designing the garden, growing plants from seeds and seedlings, caring for the plants and learning about their traditional use. The expected (environmental and educational) outcomes of the project include our students connecting with local Indigenous people to learn about the traditional uses of native plants in our area.
