Baby Bush Tucker

The aim of our project is to create a bush tucker garden and provide a bird feeder for native birds in an unused area of the garden. The children will be involved in planting, caring for, and harvesting plants and maintaining the bird feeder. The expected (environmental and educational) outcomes of the project include learning First Nations cultural practices and uses of plants. The children will learn which native birds populate our area and their habits.
