Toral Landcare Exhibit

The aim of our project is Improve our current landcare environment by implementing and embedding day rituals for the children and staff to have access to home grown fresh produce and native habitats. The children will be involved in tending to our natural environment helping to create new spaces and tend to fruit trees and taste the fresh produce. The expected (environmental and educational) outcomes of the project include: Adding miniature fruit trees, a sensory walk for the children to enjoy, a native bee hive to encourage children learning and interest and adding a Bush Tucker garden. Linking our existing community to our services offering families the opportunities to join in care for our environment
