Bush Tucker Garden

The aim of our project is to create a bush tucker garden so that the students can learn about planting and taking care of a garden filled with native foods, particularly indigenous foods. The children will be involved in designing the new bush tucker garden beds, planting seeds, caring for the plants, harvesting, and eating the produce. The expected (environmental and educational) outcomes of the project include students learning first-hand about fresh fruits and vegetables and how to sustain a garden.
