The aim of our project is to build a sustainable edible garden for the children to actively participate in and learn lifelong skills from. The children will be involved in planning, reflecting and implementing the native beehive and the edible gardens to showcase to our community. The expected (environmental and educational) outcomes of the project include establishing interest and skills for our community to take on board sustainable practices too. By undertaking this project, the children will be able to work on the outcomes described in the Early Years Framework.
