Native planting

Our goal is to improve the grounds at the front of the school by planting native plants that will enhance the school habitat for local birds, insects and animals. Students will be responsible for the planning and planting of native shrubs, clearing rubbish and weeds and the ongoing watering and maintenance of this native garden. As a result, students will develop increased pride in their school community and environment as they learn about their local biodiversity and work together as a team to complete this project.
