Our project aimed to reduce diseases and pests in our school garden. The students were involved in adding more raised garden beds, rotating crops, and companion planting. Our students loved learning about the role of flowers in the garden and watching the native bees and learning about their role in assisting plants. We were able to reduce the pests in our fruit trees and produce higher ratio of crops.
